Shipping

We send out our products on every weekdays (except public holidays). We use PosLaju, and it usually takes 3 working days, from the date of shipment, to reach the customers. However, we do not compensate our customer in any way should the products take more than 3 working days to reach them.

We are currently charging a flat rate of RM8 for purchase of any number of items in a single order. Should there be any adjustment to the shipping fee, the customers will be notified on the checkout page

Return

We currently do not allow products sold to be returned or refunded. We will look into this matter in the future, but we will stick to this policy for the time being.
