Customer Reward System
Dear Customers,
In view of the great support you have (and will be) given to us, we at Chi Chi Principle has a great news for you in return. We have decided to launch the new Customer Loyalty Reward System to as a way to thank all the current and prospective customers.
In our reward system, you will be rewarded points when you perform certain actions. After that, you can use the collected points as a credit to offset the amount payable of your future purchases.
Please find below the way of earning reward points. Each point correspond to RM1.
- New member sign up - 2 points
- Purchase of each RM40 - 1 point
For example, if you are a new member, and you have spent a total of RM90, you will get 2 points for registration, and 2 points (RM40 + RM40) for your purchase. Please note that the system views RM40 as a unit. Taking the same example, although you have spent RM90, you get 2 points and the RM10 is not rewarded with points. Also, reward points of each purchase is individual and independent. In other words (still the same example), if you spend RM30 for the next purchase, the RM30 cannot be summed up with the RM10 of previous purchase (which has not been rewarded with points).
The Customer Loyalty Reward System is a standalone system. Therefore, it is valid with all other promotions in Chi Chi Principle, unless specified otherwise. Also, the points is rewarded only after a purchase is complete (paid, shipped, received by customers).
To use the points, you will have to check "Use my reward points" at the payment page as shown below.

You can also check your points at any point of time by going to the Reward Points tab of My Account page.
